Successful liquidation of a foreign representative office

Employees of Legal Profservice Law Firm in May 2020 successfully liquidated the foreign representative office of a foreign company with the registered address of the main company in the UK. The company has completed its activities in Ukraine and the representative office has successfully passed the checks of all regulatory authorities.

As part of the provision of the service, the employees of our company:

6. provided the interests of the representative office in the Department of Statistics of Ukraine on the issue of excluding the representative office from the register of enterprises and organizations in Ukraine.

The term of liquidation of the representative office took around 1 year. Most of the time was spent on inspections by the tax office and the Pension Fund.
